ME: Start with plank hold/merkins for every "Thunder" in AC/DC Thunderstruck, then transition to SSH and burpee for every "Thunderstruck". Parking lot was then divided into aisles with exercises in each:
1) Push the shopping cart
2) Be the shopping cart
3) Triceps curls with case of black beans
4) Thrusters with family pack of toilet paper
5) Biceps curls with gallon water
6) Squat with case of sports drink
7) Timer = carrying dog food around poorly drawn "cash register"
