Mosey back to the startex for some spring training (baseball)
We started with throwing – Count off in two groups
Teams break up into two groups of 2 facing each other. Throw a whiffle ball to each other, then take a step back until the ball is not caught. The winning team makes the most catches and chooses what exercise the PAX do based on the number of catches. We were able to complete three rounds and the native PAX showed out.
Batting Practice
Everyone takes a turn being the batter with YHC pitching two pitches. If the PAX Batter got no hits, the pitcher had them do 10 burpees. If the Pax Batter hit one hit, then they did 10 reps of the prescribed exercises and if the Pax Batter made contact twice, we did 5 reps of the prescribed exercise.
Running
We then did a few sprints (separators) across the parking lot
We then played some modified baseball – each team batted through their order twice or three outs, whatever came second…and Team 2 earned a hearty win!
