It was a wonderful and warm morning in Paradise. 15 showed up for a good time with 50F weather.

The warm up was a nice demonstration of what was to come. We counted off and split into teams even and odd. Each team was assigned to one of Moore's sleds carrying 140 and 150lbs. We were going to Bernie the sleds all the way around the school. As the first pair started we Mosey'd up and found a set of bricks for everyone. While one team membered sledded backwards the rest of the group would do an exercise, some were in cadence, some not, some to 10, some to 15, some to 20, maybe a 30 thrown in there, it got a little fuzzy and Count wouldn't shut the hell up so confusion ensued.

As we made it down to the second round about with the sleds (some might note that is the lowest point in the path around the school) YHC realized there probably wasn't time to make it all the way around and we just came down a really nice hill so we might as well go up a really nice hill, going backwards, dragging a sled.

At this point Attaboy announces that he has been Mis Sled by this workout and wants a refund.

We make it back to the AO and pack up the sleds. We circle up for a round of everyone's favorite Yes/No/Maybes. There are about 30 seconds left, I ask if everyone is good, Spooky says no and that we needed more shoulders and recommended dry docks so we did 25 of those.

Hopefully everyone was able to wash their hair (except Attaboy and Rambler) today.
