Mosey to tennis courts and partner up
Group 1 bear crawl across tennis courts to end, stopping 6x for 5 merkins, mosey back and pick up six. Group 2 deep squats to overhead press with 10-15 lb weight on repeat. Switch; repeat for two rounds.
Mosey to sand volleyball courts. Group 1 bunny hop across courts to end and back, holding 10-15 lb weight out front with arms extended. Group 2 jump lunges on repeat. Switch; repeat for two rounds. By round two the hops were being modified to LBSMJs (Little Baby Super Mario Jumps).
Mosey to bottom of THWM. Group 1 get up the mountain to the treeline as fast as safely possible carrying a weight; 5 burpees together at top; then back down to bottom as fast as safely possible carrying a weight. Group 2 tabata 40/20 at bottom of HR merkins and mountain climbers. Switch. All together back to AO as fast as safely possible.
Mary led by the man, the myth, the flapjack – flutters in cadence with most PAX audibly giving up the ghost en route to 50, but flapjack kept the count and the encouragement steady.
