-TBL and TBR convergence at TBL coming soon. Check the calendar. Let’s teach those guys some manners.

MODIFY AS NECESSARY.
is this a warning? A caution? Specific instructions? As an older guy trying to get/stay fit, I have always understood the importance of this phrase when it gets thrown out at the start of a workout.. Having to recover from another operation that has taken me out of the mix for extended period of time, I am getting really tired of having to live this mantra. Today was a bit cathartic for me. Begrudgingly, I agreed to Qonly as a Co Q, knowing that I was not 100%. I’m in a postoperative boot and cannot get around very well. My first, second, and third Co Qs bailed on me for reasons way more important than a workout(thanks for stepping up at the last minute, Scrooge McDuck!). This site is not in my extremely comfortable zone of South Durham. Potentially bad weather was also looming.
Despite several potential roadblocks, the encouragement for many of you made getting out there this morning very easy. Plowing through a tough work out with faces I don’t see very often is always a great joy. Being able to lead this morning will hopefully be the spark I need to get dialed back in, despite limited mobility.
Thanks for the encouragement. Thanks for the push. Thanks for coming out to play in the snow!
