A video of animals walking like humans seemed apt.

4 PAX endeavored on a 4:30 ruck of the treacherous and dangerous landscape of BC (some associate it with South Central). YHC and Marky mark completed 1/2 of a skinny Murph before the ME. The cold greeted 27 PAX ready for another VQ, with whispers of the zoo. The frigid morning answers our question of if the PAX will be fair weathered in BC. Pushing 30 PAX, I would suppose the answer is no.

Warm up:

Star jumps

Arm circles, lots of them in all directions

Squat kicks

The Thang:

Mosey to the circle for “the zoo”

Inchworm, crab walk, bear crawl, frog hop, gator walk (one time back and forth for practice)

Relay in teams of 5 with all zoo animals

matchup teams of 4 for hungry, hungry hippos (wheelbarrow to the balls and bat them into the goals which are PAX planking)
