More Legs is a Bad Idea

There were 3 different EC options at the Rameses AO alone this morning: Lone Pine, Laurel Hill or Ruck. 10 or so PAX got in some extra work and then 16 PAX showed up for the main event. YHC led an all leg workout yesterday and the last thing I wanted to do today was more legs but I had no choice. Still have to protect the arm. I knew it would hurt and I was right. Was a very slow start but the only way through the pain is to just get over the hump:

Warmup: SSH, Imperial Walkers, Windmills, Willie Mays Hayes, Squats, Mtn Climbers

The Thang:

Run to the bottom of Laurel Hill (which takes forever by the way).  Squats x 30. Split into two groups for an Indian Run up Laurel Hill. Stop halfway for jump squats x 25.

Mosey to the bottom of THWM. Lt. Dan’s 1/3 of the way, backwards run 1/3, traveling burpees 1/3.

Back to the bottom of THWM. Run all the way to the top top.

Hard to believe but we are already out of time.
