Today is my daughter’s 17th birthday. Everybody knows daughters come with special challenges, but that is outweighed by the incredible joy they can bring.
Today’s workout is a brutally basic nod to all children growing up- CRAWLING, progressing to WALKING, and ending with RUNNING. There is always bumps in the road and some burp(ee)s along the way.
