ME
Mosey to circle adjacent to parking lot. Travel around the entire circle (1/4 mile) where you have to use some combination of bear crawl, crawl bear, lunges, and/or broad jumps the entire way.

Mosey to the Gym wall for some BTTW (60 seconds) and People’s Chair (60 seconds)

Back to the parking lot where, “you can do anything for 60 seconds.” Do a circuit of exercises where each is done for 60 seconds. Entire circuit was repeated.
– Merkins
– WWIIs
– Squats
– Dry Docks
– Big Boy Sit ups
– Reverse Lunges

Leap Frog: PAX lined up and took turns leap frogging the PAX from back of the line to the front all the way to the end of the parking lot>

Animal Throw: YHC brought a frisbee and the PAX each took turns throwing the frisbee. The PAX would crawl like an animal (exact one decided by the throwing PAX) to the the resting spot of the frisbee.
