This was my first Q and was thankful for a good turnout. It was a learning lesson.

Mosey over to the basketball courts behind the police department for a little four on four full court. After the first ten points we paired up. While one bear crawled up and down a wet grassy hill the other partner started towards 150 squats for the pair then switched. Bball again, after ten points stabilizers and fire hydrants. Mosey back. Next time maybe only six points per round.
