The Hillsborough Pax were enjoying the pleasant feeling that lingers after The Wolf, but knew it was time to get back after it Monday morning. The Rock awaited and to his credit, new site Pusher put out the call to fill up the Q sheet. YHC had just enough adrenaline left in the tank to lead the Northern Pax into the gloom.

The Thang

Partner Hills & Tunnel of Love

We divided the Pax into pairs and ventured down the big hill to the walking bridge. One partner held the tunnel of love form across the bridge shoulder to shoulder with other pax members while their partners bear crawled up the hill, ran down the hill, and then bear crawled to the end of the tunnel of love and then joined the bridge. Flapjack until every Pax member had bear crawled up the hill twice.

More Bridge Work

On the bridge we then completed the following exercises as a Pax:

  • Peoples Chair (5 count down the line)
  • Tunnel of Love hold (5 count down the line)
  • People Chair (5 count with Pusher “Duck Wings)
  • Tunnel of Love hold (5 count down the line)

Movement to Parking Circle

The Pax then moseyed from the bridge to the parking circle with the following exercises:

  • Jog
  • Duck Walk
  • Crab Walk
  • Bear Crawl
  • Jog

Roundabout Stations

Once at the roundabout, the Pax noticed several coupons awaiting. With our partners again we divided up into two groups. One group in the circle completing a station and the other group completing a movement exercise around the circle. Each station was 1 minute then we flapjacked groups so you would go from running around the circle to completing a station then back out to the circle. Every completed the following: Station 1: Ruck hold above head

Plank hold during name-o-rama and YHC apologized for the lack of time remaining but hoped the core was nice a smoked from all the tunnel of love holds and hammers with medicine ball!

Prayed for new site Qs, Milton’s wife having surgery, Nubbin’s travels, new site Qs, and quick recovery for Pax members injuries. Welcomed FNG “Bumpersticker” The Wolf 2020 is coming soon!

Moleskin

It’s an honor to Q and especially with an FNG. T-Claps to Milton for bringing out Bumpersticker! The energy was high from the Wolf with some expected soreness but it was well earned! Props to this group for striving to be better, it’s contagious. Enjoy the Wolf afterglow fellas!
