Sometimes, we need to go off the well-travelled path; take chances that we will not get lost or stumble in the dark and unfamiliar places it leads. Into the wild 6 PAX went this misty morning, exploring a different side of our AO and even the dense woods surrounding it. Let the wild rumpus start!
WARM-UP

STAIRS and CHAIRS
To school steps. 3 PAX run down do 5 burpees run back up while other 3 PAX do an exercise until they return. Then they switch. Exercises: dips, balls to wall, derkins, dips
Run to dark and steep grassy hill near huge field. Bear crawl up, bear crawl down. 30 squats. Crawl bear up, bear crawl down. 30 squats.
Run to soccer field. Travel length then lunge jump: Bunny Hop -> 10 lunge jumps per leg, Traveling Burpee -> 15 LJs per leg, Lunge Walk -> 10 LJs per leg
Playground, 10 pull ups each with call out of a Mary.
Run back trail and then cut through the woods for a dark loop back to the school and our start for more Mary: Nolan Ryans, Flutters, Slow Freddie Mercuries.
COT: Some will be traveling, some will be here. All were appreciative of a fine morning and a little adventure.
