Twenty-four PAX including two FNGs and eight who did a half-hour extra credit run with Ito beforehand braved stormy skies for our weekly Fetzer beatdown. Fortunately, the rain subsided just enough at 5:45 that YHC made a quick adjustment to move his Q from the Cobb Parking Deck to Navy Field.

Mosey to Navy Field and line up on goal line of turf football practice field.
Lap 1: One Burpee at every 5-yard stripe, sprint back and bows-and-toes plank hold.
Lap 2: Bear Crawl length of field and five Merkins at every 5-yard stripe. Sprint back and plank.
Lap 3: Walking lunge and five Prisoner Squats at every 10-yard stripe. Sprint back and SSH.
Lap 4: High Knees and five Carolina Dry Docks every 10-yard stripe. Sprint back and plank.
Suicides from goal line to 20 yardline and back, 40 yardline and back, far 40 yardline and back, far end zone and back.
