In a play off of the Masters and Easter this week, I combined these into something I called the Measters. The idea was to keep moving the entire time and you and your golf partner would push yourself through the following exercises. This was round 4 and I am close to finishing the course. Today we finished hole 15 before time and the rain delay kicked in. This is getting close to a really good one. So, it’s sneaky on how much running there is and the competition keeps pushing you to give your best effort.

Main Event was one minute and 45 seconds of exercise with the idea to get through the number of rounds for each hole based on par. So for a par 3, you and your partner should do 3 rounds of said exercise and movement.
