In a play off of the Masters and Easter last week, I combined these into something I called the Measters. The idea was to keep moving the entire time and you and your golf partner would push yourself through the following exercises. I really like this concept but I do not have it exactly perfected yet but it’s sneaky on how much running there is and the competition keeps pushing you to give your best effort.

Warmarama- SSH, WMH, Arm Circles, Michael Phelps, Bush Wackers, Twerkins

Main Event was one minute and 45 seconds of exercise with the idea to get through the number of rounds for each hole based on par. So for a par 3, you and your partner should do 3 rounds of said exercise and movement.
