The Thang

Run back up to the roundabout and down Great Ridge Parkway.  The PAX stopped about ¾ of the way back for OYO recovery burpees while we waited for the 6 to catch up.

Once back at the top instructions were given for the ‘Victory Laps’ around the traffic circle.

  • Run 1 lap (200 meters); 5 burpees/5 BWS/5 merkins
  • Run 2 laps (400 meters); 10 burpees/10 BWS/10 merkins
  • Run 3 laps (600 meters); 15 burpees/15 BWS/15 merkins
  • Run 2 laps (400 meters); 10 burpees/10 BWS/10 merkins
  • Run 1 lap (200 meters); 5 burpees/5 BWS/5 merkins

Mosey back over to the parking lot (ignoring the random minivan with engine running and lights off..??)
Parking lot line crawl bear merkin ladder (1-15). Crawl bear the length of the parking lot, stopping at each line for 1 more merkin than at the prior line.
-15 merkins – unless you’re Chef Boyardee whose merkin counting needs evaluation (!!). Right Nescafe??!!

We hustled back up to the top of the parking lot for Mary.
