YHC wanted to go back to fundamentals on this one; so, picking an exercise from the lexicon for each letter of the alphabet, YHC added a caveat: One of the PAX could veto the exercise if they could come up with one of the same letter. This happened exactly once, as the heart and soul of YHC’s workout was ripped out by a very clever Nubbin– “Elevator” replaced by “Elephant Walk.” To add insult to injury, one of YHC’s most beloved exercises, The Quick Red Fox, was almost completed if not for YHC’s missing the “A” in “lazy.” YHC’s theater teachers are rolling in their graves. Thanks to the PAX for making it an excellent way to start “Odin’s Day.”
