14 Pax, 1 FNG (Col. Mustard) and 1 late-comer <cough> Red October <cough> braved the coldest day of the year to celebrate Veteran’s Day at TBL.

Warm up: SSH, overhead claps, LBAC, and imperial walkers, interspersed with Veteran’s Day trivia.  For every wrong answer, 5 penalty burpees. For every right answer, five penalty burpees because people were guessing.  There were a whole lot of penalty burpees. You people don’t know your history.

The Thang: in groups of 5, 1775 repetitions of 5 exercises while one brother ran to the baseline and back with a ruck.  1775 signifies when the Navy and army we’re established.  Followed by Buddy carries, Tunnel of Love, and some exercises at The Rockpile.  Finished with  Mary, flutter kicks, a Navy dive School standard, and WW2s to give thanks to the greatest generation, followed by Ring of Fire. Penalty burpees throughout the entire hour as people mostly incorrectly answered trivia.  I hope some of you are better at your day jobs then knowledge of History.
