Groups 1 and 3 shoot free throws with 3 burpees for every miss. Bobby Hurley”s while waiting
Groups 2 and 4 Balls to the wall and join in burpees on missed free throws
Bear crawl inch worm (all hold plank while the one in the back bear crawls to the front) back to get some Mary

This Q was about PRESSURE. There is peer pressure to keep up, be fit, hit the shot etc. The pressure, although, shouldn”t be from trying to keep up with your peers but inspired by pushing yourself. If you belong to a group that makes you feel you need to keep up with them then you are not in the right group. F3 inspires and supports to allow you to push yourself. Keep this in mind as you inspire people throughout your day.
