6 PAX arrived to the parking deck looking forward to a great Friday workout.  Instead they got a workout with me as the Q.

The Warm-up

10 Hillbillies, 25 SSH, 10 WMHs, 10 LBAC (forward and reverse).  Warm up was done after a fellowship jog up to the top of the deck.

The Thang

PAX followed YHC down the stairs of the deck to the ground.  WMD’s of 20 reps each with feet on the curb.  We then mosied down the riverwalk to the large field where YHC had set up some cones.  Bear crawl from the path to the cones.  Upon arrival at the cones PAX noticed a rope.  PAX split into 2 groups and Tug-of-War ensued.  After first round YHC pointed out 2 pickle buckets 100 feet away.  PAX sprinted to buckets where YHC told PAX that 1st place team would take bucket 1 and hold it while running down and back to other pickles buckets on the other side of the field.  Each member would take a turn down and back with the bucket while remaining PAX would do 10 merkins per PAX then hold in plank.  The 2nd place team would do the exact same but with bucket 2.  Difference being bucket 1 weighs 25# and bucket 2 weighs 50#.  We repeated this whole thing 4 times switching up teams each time.  We learned that Tug-of-War is fun and slippery.  PAX then all got a spot on the rope and we held it above our head while lunge walking back up the riverwalk.  Q would randomly stop and rope would be put down in order to do exercises.  Once back at balls de negros PAX did Mary.
