Twenty-one PAX toured the area surrounding the Cougar AO, completing just over two miles of distance interspersed with a bunch of stuff to shake things up.

The Thang
Head out to Culbreth Road and run down towards Mt Carmel Church Road. Along the way, stop at HillSong Church and take advantage of their low elliptical wall: split into two groups; group one performs dips while group two does body weight squats (IC x 25). Switch and repeat.
Continue on and turn off into the Fan Branch Trail tunnel. Assume the people’s chair position, each PAX giving a five-count.
Head up FBT towards Southern Village, stopping at each of the three bridges for OYO burpees: 10, 20, and 30, respectively.
Once in SoVil, turn right on Parkview Crescent, stopping for another round of dips (IC x 20).
Run up Highgrove, regrouping in the cul-de-sac that backs up to the AO; head back to the Culbreth track.
