When YHC was planning out the Q I kinda had something in mind like this video. However despite a disclaimer about not being sued I still really didn’t want to appear before Ito in a professional environment and have to answer for it. So tires were to be tossed just not at anyone in particular.

A few got in some track intervals in advance of the ME. Once we hit our number of 17 we were off.

Warmup
Run around the school down to Culbreth road and then back to the friendly confines and onto the soggy field
10 WWIIs
10 Hand Release Merkins
10 Slow Prisoner Squats

The Thang
Split into two groups. Start at the goal line and tunnel of love to the other side commando crawl along the soggy field. Leap frog back.

Split into four groups. Each group grab a tire on the track. PAX 1 toss the tire across the field. PAX 2 merkins until they return. PAX 3 squats until they return. PAX 4 run a lap. We got 3-4 rotations before we were out of time.
