WARM-UP:
1 lap
SSH x 25
IW x 15
Hill Billy x 15
LBAC x 10 then reverse
10 (not tired) Burpees

ME: The Grinder
Count off by 3s, then 1s and 2s line up on sideline, 3s go to other side line.
1s do an assigned exercise, 3s do a different assigned exercise and the 2s start the grinder by running from the 1s to the 3s, relieving them and then assuming the exercise the 3s were doing. 3s go to the 1s and do their exercise as 1s become the runner. Got it?

The exercises (4 min timer for each):
Carolina Dry Docks —- Jump Squats
Jump Lunges —- Mt Climbers
Ball 2 the Wall —- Hand Release Merkins
Flutter —- Freddie Mercuries

15 Burpees

Run perimeter of 1 soccer field always facing the road.

Line up at baseline:
Wheel Barrow to half then Traveling Burpees to other baseline.
Wheel Barrow back to half then Bunny Hop back to starting baseline.
