Three wise men shared the morning gloom on Tobacco Road.

Three wise men solved multiple world problems in the areas of home improvement, biotech, and retirement planning.

Three wise men did all of these things while at the same time getting smoked rotating through the following exercises:

WARM UP – SSH, Windmills, Slow Merkins, Prisoner Squats, Pullups, Pullup Bar Tricep Press

ROUND 1  (completed twice)

  • Straight-Leg Deadlifts (95 lbs – x20)
  • Front Squates (70 lbs – x 20)
  • Fireman Pull (90lbs on the rope end)

Intermissions – one half-field lap and ostrich walk, one half-field lap and duck walk w/chest flys (theraband), and one half-field lap and jump rope (x100)

ROUND 2 (completed once)

  • Weight Plate Sled Push (45 lbs)
  • Clean and Press (95 lbs – x6)
  • Dumbbell Sled Push (35 lbs)

Closing: one full lap around the field, stopping in three corners to complete ab exercises

  • LBCs (x20)
  • Flutter Kicks (x20)
  • Peter Parker Peters (x20)
