The trend of 30 degree temperatures continued this morning. Many guys were OOT on Spring Break, but we still had a strong crowd of 9 show up to tackle the toughest part of their day. 9 was an ideal number for what YHC had planned.

The Thang: Three Man Weave
We moseyed to the bus parking lot. YHC had the PAX divide into groups of 3. Here’s a confusing breakdown of what we did:
- #1 stayed at the first island and did merkins
- #2 started at the second island and completed jump squats
- #3 is positioned at the first line and will be sprinting.
- #3 sprints to the opposite island. When they arrive #2 takes off and #3 will now be doing jump squats. When #2 arrives at the first island, #1 takes off and #2 now starts on merkins. #1 then arrives at the second island to do jump squats and #3 sprints back to the first island.
- We completed 4 rotations of this movement.
We then made our way over to the back entrance to the school and completed a similar pattern.
- #1 held a BTTW
- #2 did AMRAP LBCs
- #3 sprinted to the fence and back.
- The sprinter rotates to BTTW, BTTW to LBCs, LBCs to sprinter.
- We completed 4 rotations of this movement.
YHC then led the PAX over to the front entrance of the school where we completed our third Three Man Weave of the morning.
- #1 did burpees
- #2 performed box jumps or step ups
- #3 bear crawled to the bike rack and back
- Burpees to box jumps/step ups, box jumps/step ups, to bear crawl, bear crawl to burpees
- We completed 4 rotations of this movement.
