YHC had a few harbingers set up for the morning, but stumbled upon an apt title graffiti-ed on the Libba Cotton path.

Warm up:

Air Squats x 10

Mosey over to the Libba Cotton bike path and the pull up bar. Pair up for a cycle (more if finished early):

Pull ups x 20

Merkins x 30

Air Squats x 40

LBCs x 50

 

Immediately drop into bear crawl, head to yellow posts.

5 Burpees

Crab walk to bush

5 Burpees

Lunge walk to post

5 Burpees

(Harbinger number two…)

Continue this cycle OYO to the road. (meaning, bear crawl as long as you want, hit 5 burpees; switch to crab walk as long as you want, hit 5 burpees, and so on)

Mosey to end of bike path and up Merritt Mill to a building for BTTW. Five count per man through entire PAX.

@Hux needed to be close to the AO for an early exit so left on Franklin instead of the originally planned right. Stop in front of the Hampton for two cycles of dips x 10, step ups x 10 (L and R), and urkins x 10.

Mosey back to AO for extended remix dance version of Mary for 18 minutes.

YHC started with a return to LBCs, followed by Heels to Heaven. Each Pax then called another exercise. Everyone’s core is ripped and beach ready for Labor Day.
