The Thang:
Mosey to the I/M fields. Split into 4 groups. Once we begin the first exercise, no one is allowed to stand for the entire set or the entire group does penalty burpees. There are 4 corners each with an exercise: wide grip merkins, half burpees (bottom half so don”t stand up), WWII”s and mountain climbers. Each PAX does Supermans in the middle and then travels to their corner and performs 50 reps of that exercise and travels back. Method of travel changes each time: bear crawl, crawl bear, army crawl. Supermans each time you return to the middle and then you move to the next corner until all 4 corners are completed
