10 Pax needed some extra today and met at 0500 to run Lone Pine twice. Then, 21 PAX showed up for the main event. Today we stole some popular workout concepts from our Crossfit brothers. After the warmup, we circled up and never left the circle again. The non-runners were ecstatic with this news but we all found out very quickly you can get a lot of work done in 45 minutes if you don”t cover any distance. Goal today was to see if YHC can still punish people while covering no mileage.

Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM): 10 burpees for 10 minutes. 100 burpees is a fanastic way to start any workout
As Many Rounds as Possible (AMRAP): 10 burpees, 15 merkins, 20 WWII”s, 25 squats. Repeat continuously for 15 minutes.
Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM): 12 squats and 10 tuck jumps for 5 minutes
