6 pull-up bandits rolled into the parking lot (2 came it hot at 5:01) and all took down about 100 KB swings and 100 dead hang pull ups, along with an assortment of squats.
13 tackled the ME with your standard warm-up to start, then a little hill action to get the juices flowing. PAX were rewarded with a very nice breeze throughout the workout, depending on your Karma balance. It was exhilarating and refreshing at the same time, inspiring all PAX at least as much if not more than Bette Midler in her prime. After telling a few PAX that he is my hero and everything I wish I could be, YHC surged onward through campus. With a lofty wind beneath his wings, each PAX was rewarded with all kinds of other pleasures, depending on his threshold for pain. They”re here tonight, so let”s bring them out, Johnny!

Bunny hop up stairs. Bear crawl across. Jog down. Repeato X3. People”s Chair until all finished.
