Warm Up – 40 SSH, 40 Arm Circles, 10 Slow Merkins, 10 WMH
The Thang – Mozy to Chubs Hill. From the bottom run to top do 10 merkins. Run to bottom stop at last light pole do 10 merkins. Run to top 10 merkins. Run down, stop at second to last light pole, do 10 merkins. We did this through six light poles for a total of 130 merkins. Mozy back to start for extended Mary
