The Thang
- Mosey around the block, stopping along the way for people’s chair (10×7 count) and at two corners for some exercise Merkins and squats
- We ended at the Elizabeth Pizza side parking lot for some BLIMPS suicides and discussed the recent mublechatter article on measuring a person’s health with their ability to do Merkins and level of grip strength. YHC would contribute to the PAX health by doing some Merkins today.
- Once that was done we moved over to the larger front parking lot for a 4×4-4-corners. We started with a 4×4, bear crawled the short side to the next corner for another 4×4 then lunge walked the long side to the next corner…
- After that we moved to the side again for another BLIMPS suicides and then back for another 4x4x4.
- We then moseyed back to the AO for a dissected RockDaBoat & a plank ring of fire with each PAX calling their favorite plank routine for a count of 10-ish
