Fourteen PAX shook off the Super Bowl sins and made it out to Fetzer on a cold morning.
The Thang:
Warm Up (IC)–SSH x 20, Good Morning x 10, IW x 15, Merkins x 10, MC x 20.
As we said goodbye to football season, our goal was simply to go the length of the fields put in front of us by YHC and then celebrate in the end zone with our choreographed team dance–20 burpees.
(1) Run stadium stairs at Fetzer. Up and down alternating rows. Complete the all stairs and celebrate with 20 burpees OYO.
Mosey to Kenan Football Center Staircase (by Gate 5).
(2) Bear crawl down the length of the staircase. Once complete, celebrate with 20 burpees OYO.
Mosey to Bell Tower Parking Deck
(3) Field is first 6 levels of Parking Deck with each half level being a 10 yard line (start-10-20-30-40-50-40-30-20-10-end zone). Sprint up first half of level and complete 10 air squats. Backwards sprint up second half of level and complete 20 air squats. Keep alternating forward and backward sprints, stop at each half-level to complete # squats associated with yard line for that level (250 total squats). When you reach the end zone, celebrate with 20 burpees OYO.
Back down the stairs to first level of Bell Tower Deck. Partner up.
(4) Back up the first six levels with alternating partner carries (switch at half-levels) with each partner completing # of LBC”s associated with yard line for that level. In interest of time started splitting LBCs between partners from 50-end (175 LBCs each). When you reach the end zone, celebrate with 20 burpees OYO.
The original plan was to score 5 TDs (100 burpees), but like the Falcons, we ran out of time and came up one score short.
