Four Corners on the Fetzer Track

Around the quarter mile track we went for four rounds of

• 20 Merkins
• 30 Squats
• 10 Makhtar Ndiayes
• 10 Burpees

Next, for extra pain we ran the bleachers followed by

2X 20 dips

2X people’s chair

We finished with a victory lap around the field with bear crawls to the half lines and some dealer’s choice Mary.
