YHC tends to slack checking in on Slack, so YHC checked in during the weekend and made sure to do his research for this one. YHC wanted to add one movement never been done before as well as give a head to toe beatdown, making sure every muscle group got some. We even got law enforcement to join us for 10 burpees! As always, what a treat to lead these men in health, community, and spirit!

WARM UP

Little Baby Arm Circles (each leg) x 20, One leg dead lift x 20, Side Shuffle Hop x 20, Homer to Marge x 10, Mountain Climbers x 20

THE THANG

Mosey over to playground for Merkins X 20 and Burpees x 10

Partners switched between Knee to Elbow hangs x 18 and Squats x 60, then Pull ups X 24 and Bulgarian Squats x 40

Pax made a line while calf raising, Pac at the front of the line took his place at the rings, doing as many levers as he could, until the entire group reached 50.

Bear Crawl up the parking lot to the gate, then run to the mailboxes, hold People’s Chair for one minute.

Mosey back down to the soccer field, where we performed an exercise, jogged to the far end of the goalpost (about 25 yards), waited for PAX and then sprinted back to do another exercise: Bonnie Blairs for 45 seconds, Burpees with lateral kicks x 10, Bridge Ups x 20, Dry Docks x 20, Spider Man Push Ups x 10
