SSH x 20

Finkle Swings x 10 each leg

30 second Warm up OYO

Mosey down the Parking Ramp to covered portion of City Hall and partnered up.

1st partner ran around City Hall while partner 2 did Plank Destroyers (this induced at least one merlot spill).

Plank Destroyers are great ab exercises, that start with MakhtarN’Diayes, then roll into a Merkin, followed by alternating shoulder taps, then finish with a plank jack.  This is one rep.

Once the first partner returned, switcheroo, for two laps each.

Mosey to the City Hall Annex for a partner leg burn series.

1st exercise – Partner 1 did the People’s Chair while partner 2 ran around the building, switcheroo.

2nd exercise – Partner 1 did Ballerina Squats while partner 2 ran around building, switcheroo.

3rd exercise – Partner 1 did the Pure Burn (look it up) while partner 2 ran around building switcheroo.

Once complete, we did a series of Jack Webb (1:4 merkins to air presses) while partner bear crawled to the other end of the Annex Plaza 1.5 times.

The Honey Badger was a good time, and should prove to be a great new AO.  As Happy Gilmore mentioned at the end, “this site is like a playground”.  With the variety of places to work out, in such close proximity, the possible number of workouts are endless.  We encourage anyone interested in Qing at this site to do so.  The site Qs appreciate the support of the PAX who encouraged the start of this AO, and look forward to seeing more PAX in the near future.
