You can do 8 reps of anything, right? I thought so. How’s about 8 rounds of 8 reps when the exercises target basically the same muscles? A little slower to answer, right? We were not able to complete the feat due to Q failure: one part time management and two parts muscle my failure on the Merkins. I suspect the other pax could have pulled it off. I’ll get it next time!
