Warmup:
- SSH x 20
- Willy Mays Hays x 10
- Slow Merkin x 10
THA-THANG:
- Mosey to Bus parking Area where cones (OK – solo cups) have been positioned to mark off 10 yard intervals at 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 yards from start line.
- YHC explains that we will be doing 5 rounds made up of 5 main exercises with 100 reps total per round (bear crawls and lunges added between each exercise) for 500 total reps.
- Main exercises are OYO (with the exception of Merkins) – hold Plank or AL Gore when complete – but PAX travel together between exercises.
- All PAX make it clear that YHC will have to repeat this several times but still lined up and we began:
- Bear crawl to 10 yard line and then 10 Burpees
- Lunge walk to 20 yard line and then 15 V-Ups
- Bear crawl to 30 yard line and then 25 Squat Jumps
- Lunge walk to 40 yard line and then 25 Merkins
- Bear crawl to 50 yard line and then 25 Mountain Climbers
- Mosey back to goal line, rinse and repeat 5x to complete 500 total reps.
- Somewhere between rounds 3 and 5 YHC forgot PAX names (sorry Paper Jam), F-ed up counts and announced Bear Crawl when we should have been Lunge Walking, but 500 reps were completed.
Mary:
- American Hammers x 20
- E2K x 10 each side
- Homer to Marge x 10

BOM:
About 2 months ago my family and I moved into B.C. and I came to my first F3 at the thicket somewhat reluctantly after years of invites from Fieri, Yanni, Dueling Banjos and other members of the PAX. I figured I’d go one time to be polite and then go back to my normal workouts. Turns out I really enjoy it and these workouts are often one of the highlights of my day. Moral of the story – don’t be afraid to try something new if you have an opportunity – you might be surprised when it becomes one of your new favorite things. ‘til next time. Aye!
