YHC was out with a few other PAX for a few oat sodas the night before. I was feeling a little queasy this morning, but a little exercise makes everything better.

The Thang
Run for 2 minutes, low squat hold for everyone, 20 merkins, 20 squats, 5 burpees (downshifted to 10-10-5 after 5 sets of the former; completed 3 sets of the lesser reps), all OYO, low squat until everyone finishes. Wash, rinse, repeat over the course of about 2.25 miles.
