Circle up and start warm-up: SSH x 20 IC, Imperial Walker x 10 IC, Arm-circles x 10 IC each side, Slow merkins x 10.
The Thang:
Mosey to the track. Four exercises are set-up on the track every 100 meters: Bench dips x 20 IC, Merkins x 20, Bear crawl to/from the beachers – run the beacher stairs all rows/all stairs, crab-walk to the football goal posts and then back to the track.
PAX break into three groups and start at one of the exercises. Bench dips x 20 IC, then run 100 meters. Next, Merkins x 20, then run 100 meters, Next, Bear crawl to/from the beachers and run the stairs, then run 100 meters. Lastly, crab-walk to the football goal posts, then run 100 meters. Rinse and repeat.
Part B:
Mosey to parking lot. Partner up for Doracides.
Doracide: combination of Dora (100-200-300) with Burpee Suicides
100 Merkins – 200 Squats – 300 LBCs
Partner 1 begins chipping away at the exercises, Partner 2 runs half-way up parking lot and does 3 burpees, heads back, runs to end of parking lot and does 3 more burpees, and runs back to switch off with Partner 1. Flapjack until all exercises are complete.
