18 Pax showed up for the chilly Cooter/Peach Virgin-Vortex-Valentines Day Q.
The Q”s came in hot with only a minute to spare. Ready set go!
Cooter lead us out for a mosey lap around the fields and quick circle up for official warmup.
Warmup: Side shuffle 30, WMH 10, Good morning 10, Arm circles 10 forward and back, Mountain climber 20
The Thang: Split up into two groups
Group 1 stays on the field
Group 2 to the pain grounds
Group 1: Run 2 full laps around the field with 5 burpees at each corner (20 burpees per lap plus an extra 5 at the end of each lap)
Group 2: Rotate through the following circuit as many times as possible.
5 pullups
10 merkins
15 air squats
20 LBC”s (second set switch to 20 WWII”s)
Group 1 is the timer so when they finish rotate.
We made it through 2 complete cycles or 4 laps around the field: 1.2 miles and 90 burpees. Other totals were something like: 70 pullups, 140 merkins, 210 air squats, 260 LBC”s and/or WWII”s.
Circle up for a quick Mary with 30 cadence count flutters.
