While life is good, in the grand scheme, YHC had a lousy day yesterday. The M said, “ooh, you’re going to take that out on the PAX tomorrow aren’t you”. But that’s not what F3 is for this guy…it’s not an outlet for life’s frustrations. It is a space to re-calibrate the mind, reflect, bring life into perspective, and appreciate the opportunity to start every day in a great frame of mind. Today was about taking a dose of the best medicine for life’s inevitable’s downs YHC knows: fitness, fellowship, and faith.
