Warm Up: SSH, Willie Mays, Good Morning, IW, Hillbilly, ACs x 2, OC, Mountain Climber, slow merkins, and 5 burpees oyo.
The Thang part 1: Mosey to the playground and divide into groups of 3 for rotation of 3 exercises: 10 pull-ups, swerkins, and step ups. Each member of the group does the same exercises with the groups rotating after the pull-up group finishes their set. Each group did 2 full rotations.
The Thang part 2: Battle of 300s.
Staying in groups of 3, we moved to the soccer field where 1 member of each group ran the length of the field and back while the other 2 group members did 300 reps (combined total) of a certain exercise. The members would take turns running and doing reps until the group reached 300 combined reps. First exercise was merkins, 2nd was LBCs, and 3rd was ballerina squats. We then modified to 150 reps because of time and did Carolina Dry Docks and WWIIs.
