YHC took todays Q straight from the book of Malware. I remember this being a proper beat down which would be perfect for the Piranha Pax. So as it has become custom, YHC was up early again loading and unloading plenty of coupons for today’s main event. Teamwork, communication and counting skills were tested.

MAIN EVENT

Pax were divided in two teams, Team A was introduced to a collection of coupons ranging from sand bags (thanks Bellhop) to cinderblocks to the star of the show a 4 and half foot long solid hardwood log (straight from the woods) weighing in at 175 lbs. and named “CHIP” by YHC. Pretty straight forward directions carry all coupons down the hill 100+ yards at the Parkwood School drop off and repeat until all coupons have been moved down the hill. Repeat and return to original starting point. Team B worked together to complete a task list of various exercises. 
– Slam Ball 300

– Shoulder Press 300
– Merkins 300
– Prison Squats 300
– Resistance tube front and slide raise 300
– WW II 300
Once completed switch tasks and repeat.Once completed YHC had time for one round of Tug A War. Teams were assembled ready, set, go, awesome effort from both teams. One quick (Old Man Respect) Mosey to Mary, Bellhop Flutter kicks and a Merkin Ring of Fire. That is all I got!!
