A lot has happened to YHC the last two years. I graduated college, got my first “real” job in accounting, and was introduced to the F3 brotherhood.
I only remember bits and pieces of my first workout here at the Bullpen, but I do remember how absolutely in over my head and exhausted I felt afterwards and how there was a good 50/50 chance of not returning. But this AM, I would get my say.
The PAX gathered on what was a surprisingly pleasant morning (63 degrees) considering the weeks before.
Warm up:
- SSH x 30
- IW x 20
- WMH x 10
- OHC x 25
The Thang:
The PAX moseyed over to the bottom of the skate park where we completed 3 reps of:
- 25 x Dips
- 25 x Air-weight squats
- 25 x Merkins
Mosey on over to the former Bulls ball park.
Round 1: PAX would bear crawl to thr first island of the parking lot, complete 5 burpees OYO, and mosey back to the start.
Round 2: Same as round 1, but PAX walk lunged to the first island and bear crawled to the second island. 5 burpees OYO and mosey back to the start.
PAX then grabbed some bike parking racks and pumped out 15 × dips, AWS, and merkins, 10 count, then 10 × dips, AWS, and merkins.
Moseyed back to the top of the skate park and did 10 × dips, AWS, and merkins (with 10 added erkins and derkins at the end).
Moseyed back for mary.
Mary:
- 25 x LBCs
- 1 Minute (give or take) 6 and 60s
- 25 × Heels to heaven, which in my then less than lucid brain called high heels to heaven, but I own that statement and think I might have been on to something.
