Break into pairs for Dora – 100 merkins, 200 air squats, 300 SSH – partner runs to half field and back – there was an uneven number and some shady math happening there… but we all finished
Basketball court for multiple rounds of balls to the wall with shoulder touches, peoples chair with leg extensions, and high plank holds with toe touches – this was then followed up with 5 count down the lines of balls to the wall, people”s chair, and high plank hold – the Durham Police found our suffering amusing and upon multiple requests to have YHC arrested, he insisted with count to 10 instead of 5… we obliged.
