The Thang

YHC was interested in a light run as a precursor to an event on Saturday. We went 2.25 mi up the ATT and 2.25 mi back at a leisurely pace, allowing us a chance to speak and get to know one another. I appreciated getting to know Yanni, who is a Chapel Hill native with two 2.0s. His triathlon strength is swimming, which endeared me to him as a fellow amphibian. We both appreciate the F3 model and what value it can bring to those who show up and work. Briefly, Yanni rocks.
