YHC was super jazzed to Q the big house again, its been awhile. This summer has had its share of vacations, M traveling and 2.0 interference. I’ve still found a way to stay in shape but I do miss leading this group. There is something to be said about Q adrenaline, its a thing, look it up. YHC and Kosher met for a 20 minute mini murph, and it seemed like an endless group of Ruckers tore in as the workout commenced. I’m prettey sure it was rambler, Chum, Germ, Griswold and possibly more.
The workout would be deceptively tough. The ring of fire(s) being a subtle chef reference to the bright hot blue flame that provides my livelihood. Let the suffering begin.
