INTRO
On perhaps one of the most humid and warm mornings to date, 6 PAX met with the sun already creeping up over the horizon. One came equipped with additional hydration. All did not come equipped with enough deet for this run. Circle up and let’s get started:

Head down BC pkwy towards the Wall. Take a right up the big hill towards Encore and run to end of Encore. Take the trail that runs to Constellation Park and continue to the trail head. Pause for a Grunge 10-count.
Start on the wooded trail (shack) through the woods and continue to the end of the trail. Grabbing a long stick was necessary to catch *some* of the large spider webs from wrapping around my face. I’d say it was 50% effective.
Once we hit the end of the trail, turn around and run back to the trail head. Pause for a Zook 10-count.
Note: Last time we ran this trail, Grunge asked why we didn’t run to the top of Constellation Park? So this time, I wanted to oblige his request.
Run to the top of Constellation Park. Original plans to do dips / derkins changed as the local FiA chapter was using the wall. Head down the road to #TheWall for some dips/irkins. Pretty gassed at this point, decided to return to home base for some Mary.

I had to cancel my Q at The Rabbit last week due to yet another fender bender that my M got in the night before. Thanks again to Grunge for stepping up on such short notice to Q. Like her previous wreck just 5 weeks prior (same exact spot damaged as before), there was nothing she could have done to prevent it from happening. It was just a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. It’s like the great philosopher (I forget his name) once said, “Shit Happens.” But it’s up to us to decide how we react when things go sideways, and having the support of F3 and our F3 brothers to lean on is something I am truly grateful for. Until next time, SYITG! Aye!
