Inspired by the badassness of those who completed the Chapel Hill Go Ruck Tough this weekend, YHC wanted to challenge the PAX to work as a team to share the load. Three PAX kept the Jungle alive, 3 others came early for fellowship pull ups and a total of 25 showed up for the Main Event. YHC gave a disclaimer for the FNG, turned on Metallica and commenced work.

Pax Split into 4 groups by counting off.
Groups ran around parking lot as a unit and picked up a metal weight upon completion. The two faster groups we rewarded with 30lb ruck plates and following 2 received 25 lbs plates.
Team Dora
Half the members did the exercise while the other half lapped the parking lot with the weight
Mountain Climbers for 1 Lap
Lunges for 2 Laps
LBCs for 3 Laps

Mosey as a team with weight to the Gazebo
Two Teams did 30 dips while the other two squatted and passed their weight, we flappjack upon completion.
10 burpees oyo to break up the mumble chatter and repeated the cycle.

Mosey to the Busses, teams held peoples chair on the side of a bus while passing weight, we did the until YHC team passed the weight 2 full cycles.
Mosey to the Shovel Flag
Teams were challenge to move their weight around the small parking lot circle without the weight holder moving their feet. Teams we allowed to complete this as they saw fit with most choosing to pass the weight in varies ways. One team did what was termed the “Mumbles Carry” choosing to carry their lightest member as he held the weight.
