The Thang

Bear Crawl Star
Mosey around the parking lot twice. When done, stand in the middle of the lot and BC to each of the four corners, jogging back. At each corner perform 5 reps of 1) merkins; 2) WWII; 3) burpees; and 4) lunge jumps. Rinse and repeat and perform 10 reps the second time.

BTTW – LBCs
Mosey to the back of the building. In pairs. Partner #1 goes BTTW while partner #2 performs LBCs. The goal is to reach 300 LBCs as a pair. Switch as needed, picking up the count.

Something never done before… and it will remain undone
Mosey back to the parking lot. YHC remembers we attempted this at #TheWall one time but did not complete it. From the F3 Exercise Database: “Begin a traditional burpee with a single push up at the bottom, then complete. Drop back down for a second burpee with two push ups, then complete. Pyramid up to 5 if your a girl or 10 if your a man, pyramid all the way back down to one if your an F3 Man!! Hooah!”

We performed 1,2,3,4,5,6,5, and 4. The challenge will remain unaccomplished.

BOM:

Thankful for the opportunity to lead this group this morning. YHC was a bit intimidated by the challenge, but he is glad that we were able to achieve these challenges as a group. Let’s go out into the community and become better husbands, parents, sons, and neighbors. Until we meet again in the gloom. Aye!
